Enhanced Inbox Publisher Usage Policy

This Usage Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and
conditions governing the use of the Enhanced Inbox service
(“Service”) by publisher clients (“Publisher” or “You”).
By using Enhanced Inbox as a Publisher, you agree to
comply with this Policy in addition to any applicable
Terms of Service or Agreements.
1. Authorized Use
You may use Enhanced Inbox solely for the purpose of
offering your subscribers the ability to receive your
emails more reliably in their Gmail inboxes (Primary tab,
starred, and labeled) through Enhanced Inbox’s
configuration tool.
Publishers are authorized to distribute Enhanced Inbox
links through:
• Welcome/onboarding emails
• Regular newsletters
• Website or subscriber account portals
• Any other context approved in writing by Enhanced Inbox
2. Prohibited Conduct
As a Publisher, you may not:
• Use the Service to mislead users about what Enhanced
Inbox does
• Suggest Enhanced Inbox will alter Gmail beyond what is
technically accurate (e.g., we cannot “override” Gmail
algorithms, but we can apply user-authorized filters that
achieve desired outcomes)
• Promote Enhanced Inbox using deceptive, coercive, or
manipulative language
• Resell or white-label the Service without prior written
approval
• Encourage users to misuse Gmail or Enhanced Inbox in
ways that violate Gmail’s Terms of Use or acceptable
behavior standards
• Modify or interfere with the Enhanced Inbox user
authorization flow
3. Subscriber Transparency
You must present Enhanced Inbox to your subscribers
accurately and transparently. You agree to:
• Clearly describe the purpose and function of Enhanced
Inbox when offering it to users
• Avoid implying that Enhanced Inbox is affiliated with or
endorsed by Google or Gmail
• Honor user privacy and refrain from making claims about
data access beyond what Enhanced Inbox explicitly
communicates in its user-facing authorization prompt
4. Revenue Sharing
If you are part of a revenue-sharing agreement with
Enhanced Inbox, you will:
• Be compensated as described in your individual Publisher
Agreement
• Not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or inflate
subscriber signups
• Provide timely and accurate billing or tax information
as needed
Enhanced Inbox reserves the right to withhold or revoke
revenue share in cases of abuse, fraud, or breach of this
Policy.
5. Brand Guidelines
You may use the Enhanced Inbox name, logo, and assets only
as approved and provided by Enhanced Inbox. Any marketing
materials featuring Enhanced Inbox must be reviewed upon
request.
6. Termination
Enhanced Inbox reserves the right to suspend or terminate
your access to the Service without prior notice if you
breach this Policy or any other applicable agreement.
7. Modifications
Enhanced Inbox may update this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Service after changes are made
constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

Terms of Service – Enhanced Inbox

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Enhanced
Inbox (“we,” “us,” “our”) by both (1) Publishers who send or
analyze email campaigns using our platform and (2) End Users who
connect their inboxes for deliverability measurement. By
accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these
Terms.
1. Definitions
- Publisher: Any user or entity using Enhanced Inbox to send,
test, or analyze email deliverability.
- End User: Any individual or entity who connects an email
account to Enhanced Inbox for the purpose of monitoring inbox
placement.
- Service: All software, tools, APIs, and websites provided by
Enhanced Inbox.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter
into binding agreements. You agree to use the Service only in
compliance with applicable laws.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during
registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security
of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of
any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial emails
- Connect inboxes you do not own or have authorization to use
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or interfere with data
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the platform
- Violate laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for
abusive, illegal, or unauthorized use.
5. Permissions and Access
- Publishers: You grant Enhanced Inbox the right to process
metadata from your email campaigns solely for the purpose of
analyzing inbox placement and deliverability.
- End Users: You authorize Enhanced Inbox to access your inbox
metadata (e.g., subject lines, folder placement) strictly for
measuring email delivery. We do not access email body content
unless explicitly approved by you.
You may revoke inbox access at any time through your account
settings.
6. Subscription and Payment
Publishers may be required to subscribe to a paid plan. Fees are
billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise
stated. Subscription details and pricing are available on our
website.
7. No Guarantee of Inbox Placement
Enhanced Inbox provides tools to analyze inbox performance but
does not guarantee inbox placement, open rates, or
deliverability outcomes. Results depend on multiple external
factors including content, sending infrastructure, sender
reputation, and recipient behavior.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks on the Service are the
property of Enhanced Inbox or its licensors. You may not copy,
modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our
written permission.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right
to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your data may be deleted or archived in
accordance with our data retention policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enhanced Inbox is not
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the Service. This includes loss of
revenue, email delivery failure, or account suspensions from
third-party platforms.
11. Third-Party API Compliance
You agree to comply with all third-party API terms when using
integrations (e.g., Gmail API, Microsoft Graph). Violation of
third-party terms may result in account suspension.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the
Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.
13. Governing Law

For End Users:

information, inbox folder placement)
- OAuth credentials for accessing inbox folders (read-only,
metadata only)

We do not collect or store the body content of emails unless
